UGC Handbook on basics of Cyber Hygiene: In alignment with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC),
Sandip University is committed to fostering a secure and responsible digital environment across its campus.
The university actively promotes the principles outlined in the Handbook on Basics of Cyber Hygiene by raising awareness among students, faculty, and staff about safe online practices, ethical digital behaviour, and protection against cyber threats, including phishing, malware, identity theft, and misinformation.
Through regular workshops, awareness programs, and institutional policies, Sandip University ensures the implementation of robust cyber safety measures and educates stakeholders on reporting cybercrimes and understanding India’s cybersecurity framework to foster a safer academic ecosystem.
